How you sign up

You ask us to text you, on our website

On our text-us page, www.theappagency.com/text-us, you enter your mobile number and check the consent box. The box is never pre-checked, and the form is not sent without it. The consent text beside the box reads:

When you send the form, we keep a record of your consent: the time you gave it, the IP address it came from, and the version of the page you agreed to.

The messages we send

After you sign up, we send this confirmation, word for word:

After that, messages are replies from our team, about your question or project. For example:
